If you are interested in coaching please follow the below instructions to get cleared!

Paperwork

Background Check

All volunteer coaches must submit a background check to be cleared. This check can take 2 or more business days. This form can be emailed to kgeorge@thecolonytx.gov or you can stop by the Recreation Center to fill one out.

Coaches Information Sheet

The coaches information sheet will give us your contact information and other season inforamtion

Coaches Code of Conduct

All volunteer coaches must review and sign the Coaches Code of Conduct for every season they participate in.

Arrest Waiver Form

All volunteer coaches must review and sign the arrest waiver form.
